The food that we eat has an effect on how we feel. It took me a while to understand that there is one person in the word, who can tell you what is good/healthy for you and what is not. That person is YOU. The truth is that it is impossible to define one single meaning that is the same for everyone. Something that works for you, isn’t necessarily suitable for someone else. This works both ways. The way we eat is personal to us and we are all different. Everything is about healthy boundaries. When I started with healthy eating there were a lot of things I didn’t understand and I couldn’t imagine how it should look. Did I do it well or badly … it was a struggle for me at the time. I noticed that every recipe with a video was much easier for me to understand. The solution comes with the problem. I know it could be weird but there are many people who are not aware of the impact of food in their lives. They are eating food because they are hungry.
But they don’t think about nutrition and about their bodies from the inside and out. There are many people who want to eat healthier but they don’t know where to start. And there are many peoplewho tell me that they want to eat healthier but it is too expensive for them. so, I challenged myself to try make healthy, easy and cheap recipes. When I started I wasn’t sure whether it was possible to connect these three things together. But guess what…? It is possible.
My recipes are suitable for everyone. Mostly of them are vegan but you can make them vegetarian or with meat if you want to. Feel free to combine and create new flavours in your kitchen. My recipes are low in gluten but you can make them gluten free using gluten free flours. Please NOTE: I'm not a dietician. My recipes are based on my own experience.
